Patrick studied piano with Kenneth van Barthold in London and subsequently at Trinity College of Music, London, focussing on Piano Accompaniment, Harpsichord, and Composition. At the Ecole Normale de Musique de Paris he studied Piano Performance, Chamber music and Conducting.

He was fortunate to have worked with some of the most prominent music groups and individuals in France at the time. In 2006 he successfully completed a Masters Degree in Historical Musicology at the University of London.

He is a very busy musician working as pianist, accompanist, conductor, composer and church musician in the Thanet area of Kent.
